Rules and guidelines

Before the fun can really begin at one of our events, you should read through our rules and guidelines beforehand. They help to make our events an unforgettable experience for every participant and inform you about your rights.

General event rules

• Each participant must be able to identify themselves at the entrance control with a valid photo ID or passport. Only a visual check will be carried out, your data will not be stored.
   
• Access to the Suiter Lounge is only permitted if you are a Suiter or need someone to support you. Anyone who serves as your supporter must be introduced to the Suit Lounge Control.
   
• The general rules of conduct apply. Strangers/suiters are not touched or hugged without permission. Always ask if you are not sure whether that person consents to being touched. By the way, be there for each other if someone is disoriented.
   
• Know your alcohol limits. Especially if you as a suiter have been warm and drunk for a long time. The event ends for you if you become conspicuous or can no longer act independently due to your alcohol consumption.
   
• Rheinfurs e.V. is not liable for theft, not even for items inside the Suiter Lounge. Keep your valuables with you and do not leave them out in the open. Anyone who removes Suits from the Suiter Lounge without the owner's permission will be reported to the police for theft.
   
• Booked tickets for the event are non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred upon request to the RheinFurs staff.

Rules not included in this list do not lose their validity. You should always inform yourself about possible special regulations before each event. If you have any questions, you can also contact us at info@rheinfurs.de!

SFW-Policy for the RheinFurDance

• Our event is from beginning to end Safe-For-Work. Common sense is your best guide.
   
• Harnesses are only permitted as accessories on suits. It does not matter in which part of the body they are worn, as long as they do not significantly emphasize certain parts of the body.
   
• Murrsuits (with visible openings), NSFW accessories and/or clothing are strictly forbidden.
   
• Exposing intimate parts of your body (e.g. genital area, breasts, buttocks) is strictly forbidden. This also includes revealing clothing, especially in the genital area.
   
• The RheinFurs team decides on possible rule violations at its discretion within the framework of the RheinFurs Policy.
   

General house rules

• People under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter event locations where alcohol is served. (We reserve the right to carry out ID checks to determine age).
   
• Guests who willfully destroy or damage furnishings or decorative items are liable for the damages caused and will be banned from the premises. In serious cases, we reserve the right to press charges for damage of property.
   
• Anyone who attempts to disrupt the course of the event, e.g. by verbally harassing or physically assaulting other guests or staff, will be banned from the premises immediately. In serious cases, we also reserve the right to press charges for trespassing or assault.
   
• The instructions of the staff, in particular security personnel, must be followed.
   
• The instructions and notices of the venue owner must be followed in the same way as the RheinFurs staff.
   
• The carrying and transportation of weapons, weapon-like objects (in particular explosives, firearms, knives, pepper and irritant gas sprays, etc.) or objects that could threaten the safety of other guests, the premises or staff is strictly forbidden in our venue. Dangerous objects will always be confiscated if discovered at the entrance control; the security staff reserve the right to search the premises in order to rule out any danger to other guests.
   
• You are not allowed to bring food and drinks into the event location and consume them there.
   
• The sale or carrying of substances that violate the Narcotics Act is strictly prohibited in and in front of our venue.
   
• Photographic and film material will be produced during the entire event. Guests are hereby aware that Rheinfurs e.V. will produce photographic and film material during the event or have it produced by third parties. Upon entering the location, guests consent to the production, reproduction and publication of the photographic material created during the event in any type of medium by Rheinfurs e.V. or by third parties, insofar as the publication is connected with the event.
   
• RheinFurs e.V. reserve the right to exclude individuals from events, regardless of the fact that one of the listed rules has been violated or for any other reason.
