Is there a minimum age?

Yes. This event is strictly for people 18 and older. Please have a valid ID ready at the entrance without being asked, as it will be checked.

Do I need a fursuit for the barbecue?

No, of course not! The whole point is to have fun, enjoy some delicious food, and spend some cozy time with friends—you definitely don’t need a fursuit for that.

You’re still welcome to bring your fursuit if you’d like. However, there is no suit lounge or anything similar. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any odors, stains, damage, or lost items. You’re completely on your own when it comes to wearing your fursuit!

Who can I contact if I need help in advance or at the event?

Before the event, the best way to reach us is by email at info@rheinfurs.de or via Telegram at @rheinfurs_official. At the event, you can always ask our staff team if you have any questions.

When is the door open or when does the event start?

The barbecue officially begins at 5:00 p.m. The grills will be fired up at 6:00 p.m.

What kind of entertainment can I expect besides the barbecue?

First, two DJs will get the party started with great music. Afterward, there will be a professionally organized karaoke session for anyone who wants to sing along.

Is there food, and is it included in the admission price?

Yes! For the admission fee, well provide you with plenty of grilled food (f.e. steaks, sausages, grilled cheese, and veggie skewers)—as much as you want, while supplies last. Just make sure everyone gets a share!"

Can I bring my own food to grill and grill it myself?

No, the grill is reserved exclusively for our staff. There is one exception: If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, you may bring your own food to grill, as we unfortunately cannot accommodate all special requests due to cost considerations.

Can I bring salads or other snacks?

Yes, please do! Youre welcome to bring your own salads and other finger foods to add to the buffet. Please contact @rheinfurs_official so we can go over all the details with you, such as allergens!"

What drinks are available on-site?

Classic soft drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite, water, and of course beer are all included in the price. We also have apple wine.

Are there also cocktails or hard liquor?

Yes, for anyone who wants something special, we offer freshly prepared cocktails and long drinks. However, these cost a small extra fee and are not included in the ticket price.

How much is admission, and how do I pay?

Admission to the event is €15 per person. You pay this amount in advance when you book your ticket. There are no additional costs afterward (except for the extra-charge drinks)!
